Chess Not Checkers

The DNC needs to get off its ass and make a clear decision about where it stands vis a vis Lieberman. The guy's been straddling the line with the RNC his entire career, and now, the mixed message of Senior Dems supporting his asnine run for office as an independent (and make no mistake, in a year with tight races all across the country, entrenched Dems fighting for their lives against citizens like Lamont and a GOP embattled by their leader's many many missteps this year counts), is a dangerous thing that shows up how misguided the DNC is for not crashing down on this and squashing it. You can give up a presidential election instead of fighting it to the Supreme Court, but you can't stop one meglomaniac from giving up the run? Articles like this one make me spitting mad.

No Senate Runs for Me

I realize that my inability to stop making fun of George Bush has probably permanently barred from ever running for political office. Not that I have that on my To-Do Sheet or anything, but, after this next link, I've pretty much assured that I'll never have credibility in the MSM.
