Bird Flu Not Likely

OK, I'm still against activating the National Guard in the event of a pandemic. I feel we must work on more viable CIVIL alternatives. So, while our scientists and public policy generators work on that problem, the rest of us can breathe easy as it looks HIGHLY UNLIKELY that this strain of flu -- which apparently has been in the human population since the 50's -- is likely to mutate into something of pandemic proportions....
